What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in applying behavioral therapy techniques to assist clients with developmental challenges

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued

• Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

• A client-centered approach that is both compassionate and professional

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• Capacity to provide mobile services, primarily in clients’ homes or community settings

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Essential Requirements:

• A recognized qualification in Behavioral Therapy or related field

• Registration with relevant professional bodies

• Current Blue Card (QLD working with children check), NDIS worker screening check, and willingness to undertake a police check

• Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Completion of NDIS Code of Conduct modules
