Community Services & Development - BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST
Position: Part-time (10 - 15 hours per week)
Location: Gold Coast region, with in-home visits
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

We are seeking a passionate Behavioral Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work closely with clients with complex disabilities, delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions in the Gold Coast region. What We’re Looking For:
A strong interest in applying behavioral therapy techniques to assist clients with developmental challenges
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued
Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
A client-centered approach that is both compassionate and professional
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Capacity to provide mobile services, primarily in clients’ homes or community settings
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Essential Requirements:
A recognized qualification in Behavioral Therapy or related field
Registration with relevant professional bodies
Current Blue Card (QLD working with children check), NDIS worker screening check, and willingness to undertake a police check
Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Completion of NDIS Code of Conduct modules
