We offer flexible session options, ranging from 1 to 5 days per week, to fit your lifestyle and goals. Your journey starts with understanding your preferences and what activities you genuinely enjoy.

Here’s what you can expect in your JANGO Health & Fitness Program:

  • We’ll work with you to create a fitness plan that is tailored to your interests and abilities.

    Love walking in nature? Fantastic! Prefer kicking a soccer ball around? Let’s do it! Enjoy throwing frisbees with friends? We can make it happen! Your preferences are our priority.

  • Our friendly support workers will be there with you every step of the way. They will:

    • Encourage and motivate you to reach your goals.

    • Provide guidance and support during activities.

    • Adapt activities to your needs and abilities.

    • Create a fun and positive environment where you feel comfortable and supported.

  • As part of your program, you will have a one-on-one appointment with a qualified dietician. They will provide:

    • Answer your questions about healthy eating and nutrition.
