Community Services & Development - SUPPORT WORKER
Position: Part-time (15 - 20 hours per week)
Location: Gold Coast region, with in-home visits
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Experience in providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A client-centered approach that is both empathetic and professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Flexibility to work across different locations in the Gold Coast region
Essential Requirements:
A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly regarded
Current Blue Card (QLD working with children check), NDIS worker screening check, and willingness to undertake a police check
Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Completion of NDIS Code of Conduct modules
